The suites were beautifully maintained. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. Studio suite felt very homey. Accessible amenities. Used the pool, appreciated it was temperature controlled. Also used the jacuzzi, it was well maintained and temperature gauge was easy to use.

The room was fairly clean unless you looked closer. Baseboards and doors had dust and dirt built up, hair on the hardwood floor, squished bugs on the bathroom counter and behind the toilet, and the room phone was missing the cord. We needed to call the front desk for more towels and were annoyed that we couldn’t even use the phone in the room. Also, NO FREE WIFI. The breakfast in the morning was set up nice and there was quite a bit of seating. My kids loved the waffle station. I really wish our room would have reflected the high price we paid.

Neutral or con: hallway can be a bit louder at times, carpet is a bit out dated.

Breakfast was excellent. Good selection and changed daily. Best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Walls are little thin.

Great hotel and convenient to restaurants and shopping. If you have a family book the two bedroom, 2 bath. It's very nice and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good and plenty of space to sit down and enjoy. I've stayed here many times and it's my go to hotel.

Very nice hotel the price is good and is very clean.

The room and the property was clean and properly stocked. There were board games, a big common area and breakfast area. Great amenities, plenty of parking spaces. My only complaint was the jacuzzi smelled really bad and looked murky on Saturday night of our stay.

The kitchen area is not very clean they put used dish liquid and sponge towels little weird smell fridge not well clean and carpets not well clean and the bad part when we check in- to the hotel room Ac make too loud noise and when I called in front desk she said she can switch the room but she’s not sure the other room maybe have same problem

The breakfast was very good, with a variety of selections. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location of our room was nice, in that it was quiet.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Maintenance responded to an issue with the A/C in our room within 10 minutes and fixed it. The breakfast was good.

Hotel was good , breakfast downstairs had some bagels with mold unfortunately.

Wifi hardly worked as it kept crashing when attempting to work on my computer and I was charged for parking twice for my car and my husband's per night even though parking was not gated or private. It was open and shared with the Hamptons hotel parking. I tried talking to one of the hotel staff about it but she just replied she had to charge for both even though it was our first time staying there and we weren't aware of the daily parking fee. Thus, service recovery was not even attempted and there was no manager on site over the weekend to discuss with.
