Room was dirty , bedding stunk , AC didn’t work in first room . Black grease on carpet throughout, counter dirty , disappointing as it was a Marriott property. Night staff helpful , tried to contact about late arrival couldn’t get any answers numerous times

Location The bathroom door was stuck, difficult to open and close. The cabinets were leaning, scary to look but did not fall

Not a clean place to stay.However, the staff was nice and helpful.

Run down hotel. Holes in the curtains, dirty silverware, not a single usb-compatible charger, rust in the bath, super noisy air conditioner.

Size of the room. When we went for breakfast, there was almost nothing left at 9 a.m. on Saturday. They didn't even replenish it. There was a big line for the waffles, and 5-6 young guys were blocking it the entire time. The charge for the dog is $100, and I am not sure why it's this much, as I usually pay $35-50. There was no treat for the dog. Usually, hotels that charge for dogs also provide treats. I was at a Home2 Suites last week, and they had a lot of treats and charged me $35. The closet door was broken. The sofa mattress was the worst part of that room. Before I checked in, I called the hotel to ensure everything was alright, but the lady who answered the phone said she had to put me on hold for a second and never came back. I called 2-3 times after that, and they hung up the phone. It was very disappointing.

Breakfast was great wide variety and very friendly staff. Room was heavily worn and bathtub faucet ran constantly. Hair was in the shower and fridge wasn’t completely cleaned. Lotion bottle in the room was used and empty.

The hotel has not been updated. It is tired and ancient. It feels like a place that could use a complete renovation.

No cups in the room for bathroom use or coffee pot. Pool is unavailable. Have to use the pool in the hotel next door. The male staff member working the evening of April 25, 2026, needs a new uniform.

Decent hotel for our needs. Whole place smelled like pool chemicals ( yet pool was broken)… was allowed to walk to hotel next door & use their pool if we wanted). Staff friendly, but because of the smells on every floor… we won’t be back here.
