Hampton Inn Raleigh/Cary

Breakfast was awesome!!

We reported these issues to the front desk and requested a room change. However, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternate accommodations could be arranged. To further compound the situation, we later learned that the swimming pool had been drained and was unavailable for use. This was not disclosed during booking and was one of the amenities that influenced our decision to stay at this property. The following morning, the property’s power went out at approximately 9:00 AM, preventing us from showering before departure and eliminating access to most breakfast options and other basic services. While I understand that power outages can occur unexpectedly, the outage came on top of an already disappointing and unsanitary experience. I recognize that individual issues can arise at any hotel. However, the combination of the room condition, inability to relocate us, unavailable amenities, and loss of essential services significantly impacted our stay

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and clean. The carpet was dirty, you could see circle spots where something had been spilled, even the carpet in the hall needed vacuuming. The staff was great. Sherrell at the front desk was so helpful and nice to us. The Breakfast. The first day we went down to breakfast at nine. It was very busy and the staff had trouble keeping up. They were having trouble keeping things stocked, they had to get us forks and cream for coffee. There was a lot of mess in the breakfast area. The second day we went down at six and it was perfect.

Staff was great, check in easy, bed comfortable, great stay.

Listed reservation for three. Only had two towels. Took awhile to get another towel. Pull out couch came with no sheets. They were delivered promptly.

Clean. Convenient location to downtown. Very polite staff. Property is old and could probably stand a facelift.

This hotel is in a major need of a full renovation, to many to list

I think breakfast could have been better Maybe some potatoes, biscuits and gravy

Stay was ok. La Quinta is better, will stay there going forward

This Hampton is in a great location and was clean, but the property is not new and shows its age. Staff was nice and shower and bed were both good.

Breakfast was excellent..room clean but the carpet had a foul smell..i suggest they get rid of carpets..staffs were friendly...

The toilet in the bathroom had not been cleaned. Staff was very abrupt and unaccomadating.

Location was ok for what I needed The toilet was broken, breakfast dry. Hotel was dirty. i should have been there 3 night, left after one and boked another hotel.

Also, since this was a pet friendly hotel (we didn't have one) there was a slight "pet" odor on the floor. Staff was courteous and good. Parking was safe - well lit.
