The room was very basic—it doesn’t even have a hair dryer. The mattress reminds me of the those from the 70’s with creaking metal springs. I was shocked to see that those types of mattresses is still being used.

Location was convenient for my morning appointment for a procedure Bed were TERRIBLE WORE OUT WITH SKUNK HUMPS , WITH NO BOXSPRING MATTRESS .. it was on a metal spring stand-WHICH MADE A HORRIBLE SPEAKING NOISE WITH THE SLIGHTEST MOVEMENT ON THE MATTRESS. NO MINI FRIDGE, EVERY EXIT DOOR SLAMMED SHUT AND ECHOED DOWN THE HALL UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS AS WELL.. UPSTAIRS ICE MAKER DIDN'T WORK, UP STAIRS WORKED BUT HAD THE CLEAN BUTTON ILLUMINATED.. PARTS OF THE FLOOR WAS COMPLETED.. DOWNSTAIRS SMELLED LIKE WET FUR.. LADY LIVING THERE WITH 3 CATS INSIDE .. morning desk worker NEVER ASKED HOW WAS EVERYTHING - LET ALONE HELLO VERY RUDE. DO T WASTE TOUR $

The facility is in a very good location and it's very clean. There is also free coffee in the morning. I arrived at 12:30am for the first night of my booking (most of the day had already passed). I asked the nightshift worker when checkout time was (I booked for 3 nights), and he said 11am. I asked if I could get my stay extended until 12pm, and he smiled and said that wouldn't be a problem (he made a note on the computer). The night shift worker was very friendly and amiable, which I thought was nice considering how late it was. The concern was when checkout time came. I came to the lobby at 11am and I asked the Indian gentleman who was working if they could hold my two bags (both were hand carry luggage sized) for 40 minutes (I wanted to walk across the street and get food). He told me no, so I told him that's fine and I will go back up to my room since checkout is at 12pm for me. He was very rude and said that I was already checked out and that I couldn't go back to the room. He proceeded to tell me that the room needs to get cleaned and that's it; I can't go back. While I waited in the lobby until 12pm for my ride, I saw him being very rude to another customer who was simply asking for a clean towel. I regularly visit Cary, but I will NEVER stay at this place again. A shame, to be honest.

Staff was very nice, made good suggestions for dinner near by. Room rate was very good value. Elevator and stairs were not clean. Room had an odor, i left the bathroom fan on all the time to clear the air.
