Pool only goes to 3' ...I have a 5 yr old so I loved that!

Our room was clean and comfortable. I used the Fitness Room exercise bike...nice after multiple days of travel. The woman manning the breakfast area was top- notch! She was friendly, as well as helpful.

The hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived. I had reserved a suite weeks in advance. They stated they frequently don't receive bookings made through 3rd party booking companies. They did not have a suite available, but insisted we take two double queen rooms and honored the expedia rate. The front desk lady was great.

Friendly staff and cool decoration theme. The room wasn’t exactly clean - hairs on the toilet seat and bed, small bits of trash on the bathroom and bedroom floor. The pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was hot. Whoever the lovely woman was that was working breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Even though the hotel was packed, I could not hear the other guests. The breakfast was pretty standard fair, but it was served by a woman who absolutely loved being there and was so much fun to talk to.

We talked to the front desk because housekeeping could have done much better. Breakfast and Lounge/Restaurant were top notch!

Great location. Generally clean, dog friendly. Our room was concerning, as the door was chipped around the lock as though it had been broken into at another time but it latched and locked ok. The bed was poorly made, wrinkled and disheveled, so it appeared the sheets might not be fresh. We decided the room may just have been turned quickly and not inspected, as everything was clean but sloppy. Bed was comfortable. Nearby park and river walk was great for our dog.

Fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with a dog and my 82 year old mother. I had originally booked at another place hotel but they couldn't accommodate my needs. I was thrilled when I discovered how welcoming the Ramkota was at the last minute on a holiday weekend with state soccer finals in town. We ate dinner in the bar and the bartender kindly took great care of us.

The pool area is lovely although the jets didn't work on the spa.
