Poor customer service on graveyard shift, Us & our granddaughter arrived late 1045pm, had to leave at 4am for long ride ahead, room was ok except for one important thing, it had No towels or washcloths, I went to the front desk-now the 3rd shift, asked for towels, he barely moved 2 feet & looked in laundry behind desk & said we have none, this was bullcrap, no apologies & manager not in til' 8am, what lousy customer service this was, after I upgraded from 1 king to 2 queen size, I bet there was towels in that king or other vacant rooms he could have transferred to me, but he made no attempts to find us towels, they were quick to charge me the extra 25.00 for the upgrade though, we had to use the bathtub mat to wash up with & it was like cardboard, we vacation often & this was the worst customer service ever, poorly trained 3rd shift, no apologies, no empowerment or initiative to resolve this customer's issue..

One of the worst experiences ever. The place looks decent from the outside, but once you step into the elevator and head down the corridor, the smell is unbearable.

I checked in and they said that they gave my room up and made me pay a $50 accidental fee for it. When I got a new room it was on the first floor, right at the entrance and it was unfurnished and it was not finished. It was a little bit dirty too and very loud. The next day I was able to get a different room for the same price so I am not sure why I was given a horrible room for the good amount I paid for

The room was cleanish, hair in tub and needed sweeping. The staff was friendly and accommodating, it just seemed like there needed to be some better upkeep in a few places. Overall this wasn’t a bad place to stay and worked well in a pinch.

Very low quality over all from staff to hotel
-
Halls were dirty room was not that clean last day I was there my truck window was broken into and management did not want to do nothing about it
-
I loved the bathroom and the bed very comfortable The carpet in the hallway and stairs were very dirty
-
No fridge, microwave, they put me in a handicapped accessible room, bathroom door didn't close, hallway way dirty, people were smoking directly infront of the entrance to the building.

The biggest problem was with both doors in my room. The bathroom door would not close and there was hardware missing. The door into the room was not installed properly and the deadbolt could not fully deploy. Finally, while parking was free, there were homeless prople in the parking lot and it didn't feel like a safe place to leave a vehicle.

Bathroom door didn’t shut
-
poor person that does the maintenance should be fired
-
The price is low but you get what you pay for. The hotel needed to complete a lot of unfinished remodeling.

The location is great! Really close to grocery, restaurants, shopping. To downtown wasn’t too bad of a drive. The breakfast always smelled great, though I never tried it. The hotel was super clean, I always love that. The one bed room is a pretty decent size for the price. The shower had great water pressure and enough space for my soaps. I appreciate a good hair dryer as well! I found myself stuck waiting at the desk for 10-20 min at a time on a few occasions. They should get a bell or something. I felt like some of the staff didn’t pay close enough attention to the desk. They did make checking in good and easy though.

The room was within my budget of under $100. The bed was comfortable and clean. I was looking forward to breakfast which was advertised to be open till 9:00 am. I came to get breakfast at 8:40 and the very last item was being whisked away. Very disappointing.
