The beds were comfortable and the pillows , the shower and sink were clean. So was the toilet Some of the outlets didn’t work, the tv was hard to figure out, the pool looked unkept.

Got the queen 2 bed with kitchen. It was nice to have a large fridge and extra space. Even if we didn’t cook. Love the extra room. The pool was dirty on Saturday night.

Easy location with plenty of free parking. Nice breakfast option included in the hotel stay. Fridge and microwave inside each room (it surprised me a few times when I have stayed at nicer hotels that didn’t include them!). Overall a good stay.

Requested cleaning service but never got it after reporting to the front desk the lady offered to move us to other room but we were checking out the next morning so we just stay the same room with new towels.

I stayed here last year because I have a conference nearby so I thought I'd try it again... Big mistake! This place seriously went downhill in the last year. It took three attempts to get a room without someone already in it. I walked in on people in bed. The guy at the front desk said a lot of the new staff had not been checking people in correctly. The floor in the room was filthy this time. I was kept up all night the second night with guys hanging out in the courtyard outside my room. That staff member refused to do anything about it with me calling every hour until 3:30 a.m. so I finally had to call the Gila River Police department. I left several messages requesting management to call me back but they are yet to do so. Update: The response from management below is an absolute lie!!! No one EVER called me or left me a message. I checked my account and there was never any credit applied to my charges. If they left messages and gave a discount to someone, it certainly wasn't me! This response only adds insult to injury! If I don't hear from management and receive a refund ASAP, I will continue to escalate this issue!

When checking in, I had left my ID at the front desk and they had been kind enough to bring it right back to me before I even knew I didn't have it. 👍😂

Room was great! Need some repair bathroom sink drainage, cleaning inside the sofa seat, single seat chair not working at all, and it's peeling from the seat. A/C was great, no heat.

The location and breakfast bar was fantastic The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were incredibly flat and uncomfortable, but the biggest issue was with checkout. I specifically told the front desk employee that I wanted to make sure all charges were paid because I keep most of my money in savings and didn’t want an overdraft fee. I asked twice if I was good to go, and both times I was told “don’t worry about it.” Four days later, the hotel processed the snack charge anyway and overdrafted my account, causing a $35 overdraft fee. A $20 snack purchase became a $50 charge because I relied on the information given to me by staff. Had I been correctly informed that the charge would process later, I would have transferred money immediately and avoided the issue entirely. Very frustrating experience.
