Capital O Deluxe Inn Channelview Houston I-10

Exposed outlet on wall near bed. Coffee maker atop fridge, no coffee pot or accessories. No cups. No soaps. No shampoo, lotions, ice bucket. No garbage cans AT ALL. Room was 85 degrees when I arrived, never reached under 74. No washcloths. Very little toilet paper left on the roll and no extra, dirty surfaces, and no tissues. Pick a different hotel.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, air conditioning works well

There wasn't very much that I liked about this motel. Well, when I get into the room, I was exhausted so I layed down and took a nap. When I woke up from my nap I went to use the restroom and there wasn't any water pressure. After checking all the faucets I came to the conclusion that the water was off. I walked up to the office and spoke to the attendant, he told me the whole motel was without water because the city public works department shut it off. Then he proceeded to tell me that the water was going to remain off until the following day. I didn't get to shower or use the restroom at all. The next morning at 11 , checkout time there still was no water.i went to the office and asked him when the water was going to get turned back on and he told me that he was waiting for the city to go turn it back on. Now here's where it really pissed me off, he told me it was already checkout time and that there wasn't anything he could do about the water. He told me that I had to get out of the room, NO REFUND, NO DISCOUNT and for me to leave the premises.

There is nothing to like roaches and bed bugs 100% definitely not a deluxe not to mention the owners are racist and on every drug created. Nothing to like

That the sliding glass window was unlocked and did not lock and anybody could have broke in while I was gone

If looking for a quick stay for cheap then this is it. Not really a good place. A non smoking room smelt of smoke. Room was not cleaned. There was trash and used towels. Can not control the ac. Appeared to be women of the night staying and working.

The hotel was sketchy looking as pulled up, people outside selling drugs, and prostituting, they were loud and kept watching us making us uncomfortable, had to change rooms 3 times before got one that had a TV and that room was full of roaches, didn't have any towels, rag or any soap, there was hand prints on the walls, room had a weird smell there was a used condom in the trash can, and this am i had to go meet with some clients, my transmission started acting up on way back to hotel, i called hotel let them know that i had my things still in room, but that i had an emergency and would be a little late on getting back which they said ok to.. i called the hotel again a little later and they informed me that they had checked me out and threw all my belongings away, this is after they insured me that everything was ok and my belongings would be ok...this is the worst hotel ive ever been at

This property was nasty and full of crackheads and prostitution i felt unsafe i did not sleep and i couldn't get my money refunded or canceled. I would hope to never have Expedia book me anywhere else to stay if they have crackhead hotel's like this on the list.

HVAC does not work, a lot of shady people in the area

The staff are very nice and understanding the room's are affordable overall just a nice place to stay

The staff was super amazing they really do care about the people that stay they also make sure you have room service daily i would recommend this property to everyone
