We stayed here while in town for a wedding. The proximity to the rehearsal and venue were perfect. Our family had the best time. Thank you!

No hot water for shower/bath, didn’t like that we had to park on 4th and 5th floor of parking garage each time we parked our car. Then walk down and go into hotel.

The hotel is very close to everything you need. Walking distance to a lot of things. Very friendly staff.

The location was great. Size of the room and bathroom were comfortable. We were not aware of the $20 a night parking fee until we got there. The sheets were stained on one of our beds. The beds/pillows were very uncomfortable. There was a terrible sewer / Sulfur smell in the lobby the entire time we were there. Several guests commented on it. When we asked the front desk they said they didn’t smell it. We never ate breakfast there due to the smell.

Of note, there was no sealant or caulking between the shower glass door and base of floor- so we needed to use a towel to prevent the shower from leaking all over the floor. We alerted management to this-

Breakfast good, staff helpful. Bathroom needed repair, but it was not done. Shampoo empty but not refilled. Housekeeping only once in 3 days.

It was the perfect place to stay for attending concerts at the Cats Cradle. So convenient!

Location and pool They put me in the wrong rooms. One person had to sleep on the floor. I paid for a sweet that slept 4 adults ,and they put us in a double. The adults were NOT couples! Also needed handicap bathroom for my dad, and did not get that either!

Location was good and room was clean At 9am, I awoke to a saw and loud banging on my wall. I had been working late and was really counting on those last couple hours of sleep, in order to drive home safely. I did not get good rest, as a result. When I called the desk, they said it was an "emergency repair" being done within the hours of operations. No remedy or alternative was offered.

Good location for us. Not only close to the university, but also shops in Carrboro. The breakfast was included and it was good for a hotel breakfast-/ varied hot and cold items, clean ( good health inspection rating), good coffee. Staff was very nice. Bed was so comfortable. We actually had 2 stays in the same week. Our first one wasn’t extremely clean, and didn’t have a mini fridge. For our next stay, they gave us an upgrade to a suite!
