I loved the space, cleanliness and the staff was amazing!!! The bed comfort wasn't to my liking.

Late notice Availability Check-in lady was nice TV didn’t work No hair dryer Breakfast was lacking-granola bars and oatmeal only Bad odor in room No plugs for phones by the beds

Comfortable bed, kitchen area nice, clean, good location Only 3 pillows on bed, waited 10 minutes to check in. She was on smoke break

Phone didn't work, some outlets didn't work. Ice machine out of ice.

Location The staff was nice, the room was horrible. The A/C had a puddle of water on the carpet, they were aware of it and still put us in that room. There was dirty underwear and socks from previous people left on the floor in our room. The toilet wouldn’t work several times. They said complimentary breakfast was included in our rate, they didn’t have any breakfast at all.

Had very little to nothing for breakfast

The rooms on the second has such a pungent stench of feet!!! The pillow case smelled like pis. Once I was moved the tv in the first floor room went out.

The desk clerk told me that they do not book rooms to local residents. He told me I had to cancel my reservation and he would refund the money but never did. Must have been because I’m black smh.

Room was large, but smelled of urine and pets. Leak in ceiling of shower at random times.
