Hilton Charlotte Airport

The staff was excellent! Very helpful

I stay at this property about once a month. I like the way the rooms are layed out. You have a bedroom area and a separate seating area. Also the staff tries hard to place me in a room in the area that I like to stay. The front dest does a great job!

Clean and spacious. The shuttle drivers were especially pleasant.

The reason for my rating the air conditioner did not work in the room and it’s June. The room was nice and accommodating but the air conditioner was awful. Too hot!

The rooms were extremely large and had all of the amenities you would expect. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and had a drink at the bar. The food was outstanding for a hotel and the drinks were good as well. We caught the shuttle both ways from the airport and the drivers were both wonderful and very helpful. Overall it was a great stay if only just for a night. We would definitely stay there again.

2 Fire alarms one at 11pm and one at 2am.

Missed my flight and needed to spend night near Charlotte Airport. Had efficient shuttle service, welcoming staff, excellent big room, good price. Was perfect

2 firearms went off. Last at 2am. 8 flights to get out. Rough night. First I was put in a handicap king that smelled like wet socks. Someone knew that as there was an air purifier in there. Moved to a room on 8th floor. Beds are lumpy. Sheets itchy. Still the smell but less so. Hotel lobby is nice. Shuttles are nice & ice cold. Shuttle drivers are great!

As is the case in most hotels, food and beverage prices were also over the top- meaning, more expensive than the value of what was being purchased. The only issue for this particular stay is that we had two fire drills, (yes 2!) on the same evening several hours apart. It did not make for a restful night in the best sense of the word. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Special shout out to Rebecca, our dinner server, and Miguel, our server for our morning meals. They were both over the top in their service to us. And special shout out to Kamesha! She, too, was over the top in her welcome and prompt check-in.

This was a very nice hotel. Near the Charlotte airport, with very efficient shuttle service. I will definately stay here for the overnight transit through the airport.

My 3rd time here and the rooms are always clean and on point.

Good experience! My family particularly liked that there was free shuttle service to local mall and restaurants as well as to and from the airport. The only drawback was I reserved a room with the tub reiterated this at check-in that clerk confirmed there was a tub in the room however there was not.

We stayed overnight for connecting flight the room was clean and extremely spacious. The staff were friendly. They served breakfast however we had an early flight and didn’t have the chance to try it.

As Expected Staff was helpful and it was in a good area and near the panthers stadium as well !

Breakfast buffet is $28/person or you can buy other breakfast items à la carte. Hotel is clean, amenities are great. Parking is free with your hotel key card. There’s a $50/night hold out on your card for incidentals.
