Great service

Would not stay here if I had another choice for the overnight flight

However, if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the best hotel for you. The traffic noise was quite noticeable throughout the night. Our children (ages 8 and 9) had difficulty falling asleep and were awake past midnight. We also heard several sirens and frequent noise from vehicles speeding and racing on the nearby roads. While the location was convenient, the noise level made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

We got this room based on price and location to the airport. We had flight cancellations and it was a perfect no bells and whistles stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also a free airport transport a big plus.

The hotel looked nice from the outside, and the grounds were kept. Breakfast was basic waffles, yogurt, fruit, and juice. The room was clean and your typical two star hotel look and feel. There was a gap under the front door that led to the outside, letting in light and noise. We were there on the weekend so there was a lot of late night door slamming, and voices.

It's a Quality Inn, come on. It's fine.

The room was very clean and comfortable but the outside of the hotel looked a bit rough. My only problem with the room was that the hair dryer did not work. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a good place to stay for the price and convenience of getting to the airport for an early flight. I would book it again.

Its ok just to sleep

Unexpected stay… flight cancelled. Needed some sleep before catching early morning flight. It was sufficient

Cleanliness Issues: • Bed sheets had visible hair throughout the whole bed. • Towels were stained yellow with what appeared to be pubic hair embedded in the fabric • Floors were noticeably dirty and grimy • After showering, I still felt unclean due to the overall filth • BUGS in bathroom Safety & Comfort Concerns: • Walk-up, outdoor hallway style (no security doors between rooms and hallway) • Constant foot traffic with people walking in halls at all times • Felt unsafe and sketchy with the open layout • Could not relax or sleep comfortably Bottom Line: I was so uncomfortable that I used my own sweater as a pillowcase instead of using the hotel bedding. For a hotel marketing cleanliness and comfort, this is unacceptable. I would have been better off staying at the airport terminal. Do not recommend for anyone seeking a clean, safe rest.

Better breakfast

This was all we needed for a 1 night stay after a concert. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and the staff was professional and pleasant.

This hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff were kind and helpful!

It is affordable and clean and near the airport. Free shuttle service there. A nice enclosed pool as well. I didn’t like the road noise but it’s what I used to call a Motel, pull up in front of your room which is convenient. If you get a room on the other side of the building I’m sure the road noise is much less.

Clean and well staffed

Didn’t like this property - the room wasn’t bad but the corridors, stairs and elevator cab weren’t clean. I travelled alone and didn’t like that the room opened off the external corridor. I did appreciate the breakfast and airport shuttle however.

The pictures on their site looks really good, but when you get there, it’s totally not what you seen in the pics. The guy that checked me in was rude. The shuttle driver drove like a crazy man. My room was very dated and unkept. I took numerous photos of my room and the shape it was in. I will “NEVER” stay at a Quality Inn again. I don’t stay in hotels much at all as I normally pull my RV, but this was a quick trip and time was of the essence.
