Radisson Hotel Charlotte Airport

This just an over night place. Not a long stay. I stayed for a week and I was very disappointed with the service. No microwave in the room. No one came to clean my room until 4 days later and the WiFi is garbage. There was also a strip club across the the parking lot where there was fighting every night. I couldn’t wait to leave. Never again.

Very disappointing stay for us. Upon check-in we learned there is no bar/restaurant as expected due to renovations and the hotel did not make accommodations for that by providing grab and go continental breakfast items or something else to make up for the inconvenience. The sundry shop was completely depleted and was not restocked the entire time during our reservation. Additionally, when we got to the room it felt damp and warm and had a musty odor. The room itself is outdated. Rug and chair in the room is stained and dirty/dingy. The toilet paper holder is broken. We had a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no more in stock in the room. We asked for another roll to have in case we ran out. There was long dark hair on the side of the shower wall. When you take a shower the water backs up in the shower and is slow to drain. We needed to ask for towels as there weren't enough in the room for two people. There was only one coffee cup in the room. Our room key stopped working on the 2nd morning. We went back and forth to the desk three times with "corrected" keys that still didn't work. We waited several hours and needed to leave before it got taken care of as we had reservations for an event. When we returned there were new keys waiting for us at the front desk that did work for the rest of our time. The TV stopped working that night and we couldn't sign in to anything. Desk said "sometimes the Internet goes in and out." Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, the bedsheets appeared unwashed, and the carpet was dirty and heavily stained. I woke up with red, itchy bug bites on both legs. The front desk staff was rude, and there was no airport shuttle available in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed there for two nights . Housekeeping did not come my room to take out trash nor give me clean towels and rags I had to call the front desk to get them customer service at the front desk was amazing …

I liked nothing! By far, the biggest mistake I ever made booking a hotel! I thought Radisson, that should be nice! Lol, maybe 20 years ago! Yuck! Bad neighborhood (very bad). So dirty. Stained sheets, hair clumps in shower, whole room smelled heavily smoked in. What maybe once was an okay comforter was so lumpy it looked like the bed had a Styrofoam waffle bed cover. Pillows were child size and equally lumpy. So bad. When we checked in and said we were checking into the Radisson, the desk clerk literally had to move to the desk next to her, the other desk was for the Red Lion next door. Asked to move to 2nd floor (safety concerns with hood), was advised she couldn't change anything, she's locked out of system to prevent any changes. Zero amenities. No lobby, no coffee shop, no lounge. No hair dryer. No bottle of water. Nothing labeled Radisson except sign on top of building. Oh, and fire alarms were all disabled per sign on desk. They advised they had "fire watch" walking building all the time. Thing is, I only ever saw check in clerk, lol. Not that close to airport, honestly you can stay uptown in a beautiful hotel and only be 5 mins farther from airport. Don't do it. Happy to be out safely.

The room was clean and the facility and staff were good. The location was not good area.

Very clean and very well kept, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping,comfortable beds and pillows, nice big shower,we had a king room

The room was decent for one night. No refrigerator for my husband’s insulin. No microwave for reheating anything we brought back with us. Only one washcloth provided. No hair dryer. For the price charged I expecting a few mire amenities that you take for granted when traveling. The lack of refrigeration being most important.

L’hôtel était sale et une mauvais odeur de moisissures. Dans un quartier peut fréquentable. Et en plus il mon charger 3 fois sur ma carte je dois maintenant faire une réclamation

Very nice update updated rooms. Elevators were a little dirty and deceiving, but the rooms were amazing.

It felt like they didn’t clean our room properly from the previous guest. The air didn’t work properly but no one answered the front desk or ever seemed to be there to get help

Only cleaned room upon request. The smell of drugs in the hallway

When I checked in the room they gave me somebody else was in the room so I need for you all to give me a call reach out to me

In the second room, the entry way lights flickered for approximately 10 minutes until it turned on. In the bathroom, lights around the mirror never worked in either room we were in. I informed the from desk about these issues. They always said someone would take care of it to no avail. We were charged twice for incidentals. I had to go to the front desk to ask for a refund for one of these charges. In addition, when we returned to our room after being out, housekeeping never came to clean or take the trash out. We had to call the from deck to let the know that our trash was overflowing. I strongly recommend staying at a reputable hotel. Never again will this place get my money.

It was the average wconomic stay above the motel. But it did serve the purpose for the short stay in Charlotte.
