I'm very upset they canceled my stay the day of my stay I didnt find out until I was at the hotel.

The only positive element of my experience was the General Manager Cameron’s attitude and assistance, which was helpful to an extent. But unfortunately my stay overall was extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend anyone stay at this property for their safety and enjoyment.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues that significantly impacted my experience. There were roaches in the room, which is unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness. We were changed to a separate room which presented its own issues. The bathtub was clogged and drained very slowly, making it difficult to use properly. Additionally, the A/C unit only worked partially, leaving the room uncomfortable and difficult to cool adequately.

Great stay no complaints

We, 5 adults, stayed overnight on our way to Richmond. We booked a 3 bedroom unit and they gave our room away. We ended up in a 2 bedroom unit and the 5th adult sleeping on the couch. The front desk could only provide one sheet and no pillow for the person on the couch. Overall, the hotel is fine to stay at. Plates and pots available and only 4 spoons.

Bad

Stains everywhere on the couch and walls. No cutlery or water bottles or soap. Place smelled like cigarettes and people coming and going all night in the parking lot

The staff member stated that they had reached out by email, but I never received any email or phone call notifying me of the issue before our arrival. What was even more frustrating was the lack of empathy shown by the staff. The interaction felt very routine, as if situations like this happen regularly. Considering that North Carolina is extremely busy during this time of year and most suites were already fully booked, we were left scrambling to find alternative accommodations. In the end, we had to settle for a hotel room with only two beds, which was not suitable for our family’s needs. After driving for 12 hours with children, this was the last thing we expected. Better communication and customer service could have made a very stressful situation much easier to handle.

Overall, I like the hotel itself. It is convenient with all the qualities of a home atmosphere. We've visited this hotel 3 times, each time there has been issues with our rooms, from the staff canceling our reservation to booking us into dirty rooms. This last stay did it for us. We had our reservation since April and enroute to the hotel which is about an 8 hour drive, we get a call an hour and half away from the hotel, stating that they were canceling our reservation. The staff has no morals and you would think that the manager would have been accommodating but she wasn't. They had that so what attitude and didn't care that we drove all that way to now have to drive around to find another hotel.

Loved my stay it felt very safe and was quiet for the most part. Loved seeing all the planes fly out as it is near the airport . Staff were nice.

I didn’t like that it was so ghetto! The property is nice but it’s a lot of unwanted people around there! I thought this was an upper class place

The dishwasher did not work and the oven draw was broken

Would not recommend. We booked a few weeks in advance and when we showed up to check we were told they had canceled our reservation due to overbooking. I never received a call earlier in the day to be informed so I was quite surprised and disappointed. I have read other reviews stating they had the same issue with this property, so it seems not to be an isolated incident.

I did not like it at all, I did not stay requested a refund and haven’t gotten it yet Rooms were nasty and dirty, people who were actually living there had the whole hallway and room smelling like a bathroom
