This was our first time in ten years since we last stayed here. They have done of keeping the property looking new. You don’t see that in many properties. Staff very helpful.

Very nice hotel, and a good location we complain to the front desk of the noise coming from our ceiling, room above had children bouncing around for hours on end and they gladly changed our room to correct the problem.

Very nice area. Was walkable to many restaurants and shops! The hotel was very clean and breakfast was good.

Spontaneously decided to stay the night in Charlottesville*, and chose this hotel because it was close to the theater and dinner options. We really enjoyed the Korean barbecue at the Bullpan. The bed was comfortable at the hotel as were the pillows.

Very clean. Spacious rooms. Safe area with many shops, restaurants, theatre in walking distance. Well lit parking lot. Key card needed to enter building for safety. Good breakfast with hot and cold choices. Special shout out to the very nice staff. I forgot my medication in the fridge and was already halfway to airport. They were able to mail it back to me same day! Thank you! Renovation team working in front lobby on one day but the staff made a temporary front desk workstation to accommodate guests.
