Beautiful location Nothing

Room was not clean or good. The whole experience was awful!

The location. Our rooms were neither up to standard nor clean as they should have been. We checked in went to rooms and these are the photos we took within 15 minutes of arrival. I am very disappointed! I told the hotel clerk, but she said I would have to wait until the next day to file a complaint or get a refund from management. Never saw management. I was told they didn't know corporates number. The ladies who were there during check-in were not welcoming. I was questioned when I complained about both rooms. The best part was leaving. The clerk during check-out was a Black woman. She was extremely nice and caring towards us. She made me feel that she cared about my complaints and bad experience. A waste of nearly $1000 for two nights. I literally cried. This was for my parents anniversary and my husband’s Father’s Day trip.

The reception staff was very helpful. Our room was not clean. Our bathroom had mold and mildrew in the bathroom. Wall had something that looked like snot, and the outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. When we were leaving I turned on the light in the livingroom and there was a Cobb webs behind the door with bugs and spider eggs. I reported it to the front desk. We have stayed at Country Inn before but never had one where the room was this messy. The beds were clean at least.

The pool stayed open late and opened early, the room was clean , it was quiet and the location was out of the way and nice There were no vending machines they charged 6 dollars for one snicker bar, they ran out of towels, the price for one night was $213 and the price for the stay was not worth it, breakfast was okay not what you would expect for 200 a night

Exceptional

Staff was great. Bathroom, bed and kitchen areas were clean, but the back of the bathroom door was gross. The caulk was peeling from the corner of the shower revealing black mold, and there was an unpleasant smell.

Property looked okay staff was friendly and helpful. We went to our assigned room only to find one bed not made blankets on the floor trash not emptied. Explained the problem and got another room. This is why a low score on cleanliness

Conveniently located close to Ruby Falls and Look Out Mountain. We had a great stay! Beds were a bit uncomfortable but better than other places we have stayed.

The lady in the breakfast area was outstanding and worked very hard. The day shift host was very nice, the evening lady was grouchy, she checked us in.

Was easy and fast to check in great staff clean rooms!

Lobby was nice breakfast was okay We turned down our bed and had a huge pool of urine that went through to the mattress! Staff was no help couldn't switch rooms so we had to change nasty sheets without gloves by ourselves was already 11 pm we should have left but were tired and crazy us thought management should know! But in the morning g and when we called Monday they totally could have cared less! Didn't get any refund and considering health risk from sitting in urine soaked bed looks like that would have been a given!

Very good

The staff is friendly. The room was so-so, because the phone was broken and the bathtub has mold. The AC was off when we entered and the room smells weird.

Comfortable beds, indoor pool, large room with sofa Toilet seat was loose and pinched when you sat on it. The breakfast wasn't all that great.

We had to ask for towels after checking in , none in the room. Keys didn’t work. Carpet in hall way was dirty with holes by elevator . Looked nothing like pictures in add. Overpriced ! Not as seen in pictures.

The hotel entrance was very clean and the staff was nice. The rooms were clean but the tubs need a good scrubbing. They were looking a little neglected.
