Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

It took 2 days to.clean mud in stairway.

Cleaning staff was rude. I was told at 9 AM to “get out” by the cleaning staff. Even though checkout time is 11 AM. Stay elsewhere

Rooms were clean. Shower had full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of towels and wash rags. Location is in walking distance of restaurants and gas stations. Gap in the room door like it needs a new seal. The pool closed at 9:00 p.m.. There wasn’t much for breakfast.

Our stay was pleasant the only complaint I have is breakfast selection is weak, luckily for us Waffle House and Cracker Barrel were right there.

Staff was kind, fast acting and helped me check in after a long road trip! Room was clean, property well maintained, and amazing. Would definitely recommend!

It was clean all the people that worked there were very nice and helpful Well the one thing was the beds was supposed to be a queen size and it was just a full but we made it work

The room itself was good, clean, and a comfortable place to rest for a few hours before continuing on our road trip.

Pictures online do not match the property at all. The area did not feel safe to stay based on the large quantity of people milling around outside the hotel. We were there on a Sat night. Carpet in room was dirty, bathroom was not cleaned well and tile was broken and stained. Front staff acted as if any request was a huge inconvenience

Location Cleanliness, was NOT a very clean place, employees speak NONE to very minimal English
