The wind is consistently blowing in Cheyenne. Unfortunately, my window had a small leak and the noise of the wind blowing through it kept me awake.

Nothing! Stains on couch, A/C wasn't cooling. TV was awkwardly placed and it was loud!!! See above! And $193 booked months in advance for ONE night was horrible!

Great staff, breakfast was really good, cheese omelet, link and patty sausage, regular waffle iron as well as my favorite (4 small round). The room was cool and very spacious, bed was comfortable, with pillows that might be my favorite to date, very soft. This place will go on our "stay again" list for sure.

Front entry was nice, staff was friendly, good location. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Our room had multiple issues, the sheets were dirty and wrinkled, they smelled of someone’s perfume, and had body hair. Obviously had not been washed. The shower had pink mold. The thermostat didn’t work and the room was freezing. Dust on tables and lamps, the phone charger outlet didn’t work.

The room was pretty clean but the floor in the bathroom was pretty gross. Looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a long time along the walls. The water took forever to get warm but never got hot. There was also a booger filled tissue in the drawer in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly. They did not have a hot tub. My kids liked breakfast though.

Stopped eating it and didnt get sick, The breakfast area was also disgustingly dirty with 3 day old peices of sausage on the floor, trash everywhere, etc. so i am not sure why i had it the first 2 days of the stay. Staff was very nice. The rest of the hotel was clean(ish) but will not be staying here again.
