Room was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant were extremely kind.

5 star stay! The staff was nice, housekeeping came to our room each day. It was a cool building since it’s historic. We also appreciated the location. This hotel met our needs for our busy weekend in the city

Great hotel. Location is excellent. Only issue is if you get a lake front view, the noise from the street can be bothersome. Racing motorcycles, sirens, loud music just echo on up the face of the building
-
Location and cleanliness We did not receive a free WiFi code or explanation that it was free

everything!!! so worth staying here

I chose Hilton Chicago because it is a historic building and has a magnificent view on the millennium park. Location was great and the architecture was fantastic. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are large. The bathroom is small, and there is no amenities. The room is covered with a dark carpet. Not sure how clean this is. We can slightly open the windows for ventilation. The rooms need renovation, but that is part of the cons of staying in a historical building. 2 nights was just right.

For the cost of the stay, the hotel was old and needed to be updated. Great location! A little chaotic and crowded.

Wonderful stay.
-
Property has an excellent fitness centre and indoor pool with an outdoor terrace.

I stayed 1 night. I was awoken by someone coming into my room at 8:30am, check out was not until 11am. It is inappropriate to open a locked door before the guest has checked out.

Great hotel in a great location

The hotel staff were top notch, and the overall experience was good. However the room itself left a lot to be desired. We reserved queen beds and have serious doubts they weren’t doubles, the exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom, and the walls were paper thin. Thankfully the other guests were quiet and polite. And also the staff were wonderful!

Parking is a discounted rate however it is safe and convenient

Mold in the room. Housekeeping services were sad. They added towels hut didn’t make the beds - for a 3 night stay never got housekeeping services.

Gave us an upgrade at checkin that meant a lot :) Also halpily gave me ibuprofen at 3:00 a.m! Lovely property in a nice location by the lake!
