My key cards didn’t work- required them to be changed out twice. The second time the guy was a bit snappy with me about it. Besides that guy everyone else was good. Just in general the rooms aren’t as nice as I had hoped browns and yellows are dark and dingy

we were greeted very kindly, allowed to check in early, and since there was bad weather, we spent the first day in our room...the only issue we had was with the thermostat/AC, and that was very promptly looked at. we didn't hear a lot of noise, everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the restaurant and bar were great! there's a walkway to the L (Blue line) in the parking lot, which is SUPER convenient, and there are a few shops/restaurants not too far from the hotel itself. we would definitely stay there again!

The hotel room smelled like cigarettes and they won’t give you the room you paid for booking through Expedia because they say that the room is not guaranteed even if you pay extra

Excellent location for getting to the train and public transit. Clean sheets and room, quiet and nice staff.

Hotel was big and rooms were a decent size. Slept in a room by the pool. Shower pressure was great along with the hot water

The staff were very helpful when I needed to add another guest to my room, and even allowed me to check in earlier than I thought I would be able to since the room was already available and ready to go.
