Place was awful will never use booking again

Great location

We stayed here to go to a Chicago White Sox game and it was perfect. Close to the train and also within walking distance from the park. Definitely will stay there again!

It was very clean and comfy and the staff were friendly. Parking was difficult. The garage that was along side the hotel was so small. It had very, very limited parking and it is very hard to turn around inside. They did validate my parking in the garage.

It was a convenient location for my conference Plastic wrapped cutlery and paper plates and cups for breakfast! My room was noisy as it looked out onto the highway.

Very clean hotel. I didn’t like that the parking was very disconnected from the hotel. The parking was very confusing.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. We also could walk to the Red Line Subway Station to commute to the downtown conveniently. The hotel is close to McCormick convention center where we had our event. The parking is connected to the hotel and easy to park although it might take time to find an available spot if you come back by 5pm. We will return to this hotel if we visit Chicago again.

The breakfast was ok. I was surprised that they didn't have the waffle maker. I've had it at every other Springhill Suites location in which I have stayed. My room was nice. It had everything that I needed. The parking was horrendous. My car sensors went off as I drove up and down the ramps to park. My sister and brother-in-law have a handicap parking lanyard and it saved us a couple of nights when there was no other parking available in the lot.
