A bit difficult to get in or out the pool (main pool) with only two vertical pool-side ladders. I think it should be provided with steps (undakan) in one or two opposite side

good facility in gym ,,but some electro machin no work,, no chair to put drink, towel,,,no alkohle spray,, totall room and buliding is new , beauty.. nice BF,,but no staff often,,, nice free room karaoke, bilkiyard..very good room wall seems very thin,, all voice and speaking at neigher room sound clearly.. some past hair is in bath, toliet room, less cleaning. kids many,,so noizy in pool

Near my customer place. Near food court. Breakfast not so tasty. The dessert cakes are quite delicious. However, they sometimes go rancid. For example, the coconut milk that came with the sweet soup was rancid and bubbly one day as shown in the attached picture. It gave me diarrhea all day and then I investigated the cause. You should smell it before eating

Location near the food cort and shopping mall. Air conditional at room 1002 not working 3 times during my stay for 5 night. They fix it and the next day not working agai. I have to open window to get cool air out site. Drain port of the sink clogged

Friendly staff. Location near a small food and shopping center. Price OK The facilities in the room are quite old. Towels are too old and worn out. Wifi is the worst, the speed is about 250kBps making it impossible for me to work. If I go on a personal trip it will be Ok if the wifi is slow, but on an important business trip there will be no next time

Rooms and bathrooms are clean . The staff is friendly and price is very reasonable. Just across the road of the hotel there is a good shopping mall. 200 m away mc Donald’s restaurant is located. 1-1.5 km away you can try all the local foods in many restaurants . The air conditions are not good enough. It’s a central AC and the second day I have to call to hotel maintenance to check and do something. Internet is not much speed and stable . Felt that hotel food and drinks are pricy compared to others.

Location opposite mall The bedsheets and towels looked unclean and had a smell. Walls are thin so could hear sounds from outside and next room. Breakfast spread and quality of the food were also quite disappointing. By the 3rd day, I packed croissant from the mall instead.

My Family is frequent visitor to this hotel. Nice hotel, very kind staff, good swimming pool, great breakfast and the location is the best. The location is directly in front of Living Plaza Mall, we just need to walk accross the street to get there. Nice. The lounge is great with pool table and karaoke stuff available. The only issue is that the room need to be upgraded due to it's old stuff and old wallpaper.
