Overall, the under staffing of bar and kitchen made the whole dining and bar experience not worth the trip to the lobby. Eat elsewhere.
-
Great breakfast. Nice size room.

We took our family for a family vacation to Colorado Springs. Best decision we made was staying at the beautiful Embassy Suites. It was close to everything and our family had a wonderful time.

The staff was amazing! The property needs upgrades it looks run down.
-
Front desk was rude and unprofessional, provided wrong information that ruined my stay—unapologetic, avoided responsibility, uninformed and not helpful. Eventually, the Sales Manager and GM did hear my complaint and worked with me professionally to resolve the situation, but it was too little/too late.

The omelet bar was amazing! Enjoyed our complimentary drinks. Staff was very nice and helpful. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very strong. But we had a great stay.

Bathroom needed maintenance
-
No complaints, everything was great. Newly renovated, would stay again.

We booked a Mountain View room from Expedia but they gave a room looking at the highway. Generally I trust Hilton hotels to give a great service. Being a Hilton honors member, I was disappointed with this particular hotel.
-
Room not properly cleaned, $15 extra per night to park is not right.
-
This was the most disappointing stay we've had at an Embassy Suites. There were unresolved maintenance issues in our room and only a couple of the elevators in the building worked. Pool was cold and bathroom by pool had no toilet paper or paper towels. Breakfast was also disappointing. There were issues with the parking system and when we hit the help button, the person answering was rude and hung up on us. I'd give it a good six months or more before trying it.

This hotel is so good. Perfectly clean and maintained property.
-
Enjoyed cocktail hour most nights and morning breakfast. Repairs were being made during our stay, but noise wasn’t bad. Bathroom could’ve used some updating
-
Well worth the money. The omelette bar was great
-
No response from room service after 3 tries. No shampoo. Noisy drilling by staff to install internet services. Front desk staff tries to help with reservations but not successful.
-
High deposit plus park8ng fees for a lotfull of construction vehicles. Construction noise, run down rooms. Not worth the price. We stay in the Embassy Suites a lot and this is the worst we have stayed in.
-
We spent two nights at this hotel. Location was convenient to visit the tourist attractions nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious with most of the facilities and room service. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome with an option to get customised egg omelettes. There was complementary evening snack and drink. Parking was ample. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommended.

Breakfast was good. The staff was doing their best to keep up with the guests despite a few challenges.
-
Our room was clean but smelled terribly of chemicals and bug spray. The breakfast bar was nice. The location was good. We didn’t use the pool because it was small and dimly lit. We also had to pay for parking.

We stay at the Embassy Suites frequently and this is definitely the worst we have stayed at! The construction is loud and messy. Several elevators dont work. The room had lots of broken items. You have to pay for parking in a lot full of construction stuff. The deposit is $150. We came out the back door to a bear on the trash dumpster. We had an issue with our car and needed to stay an extra night. Front desk said there were no rooms open. We booked somewhere else and then noticed online there were lots of rooms open. We had to pay 2 Ubers to get us all to a different hotel.
