The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. The breakfast was very good

Other than that it was fine.

It was very close to the airport, had its own restaurant, and was easy to access. I would recommend it highly.

Disgusting rooms. Pubic hair on the bed, sheets weren't even changed. Food all over the floors and horrible bathrooms. Untaken care of rooms and super rude and disrespectful managers and staff they also refused to give me a refund and give me their general manager number when I asked for it.

Everything was great for my sister and I, but our mom is old and handicapped. The handicapped room was so far away from the dining area she couldn't walk it. She was able to eat in the room but I feel like the handicapped rooms could be closer to the lobby and elevator.

Breakfast was always good. Our bartender, Kerry, was outstanding! Could have used trash take out in our room-housekeeping just picked up towels but did nothing else in 3 days. The rest of the property was well maintained and the room was spacious. Extra pillows were available upon request. Would stay again (in fact this was our 2nd time staying there)

nice hotel, quite clean, and appreciated the nice pool, hot tub and gym. For whatever reason my room key did not work and required a visit from the maintenance man and then a new key. Breakfast had all kinds of choices but the coffee system wasn’t up to par…

The Radisson in Colorado Springs needs some serious attention. I would start with shampooing all the carpeting. The carpet in our room was disgusting. Our room also had a funky smell. The breakfast was sufficient, but they ran out of food an hour before it was supposed to finish. There is small items of trash everywhere on the outside of the building. Will not be returning.

Clean, comfortable and good service, this hotel meets all basic needs and is well situated to the airport with shuttle service

I like this hotel because it is smaller in comparison to other hotels in the area which, because I travel alone, gives me a sense of safety. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location was great, and the pool facilities were also good The bed was horrible - not comfortable at all. The staff at breakfast wouldn't give me any ice for my water without my breakfast voucher on the day we were leaving. I had 2 vouchers, but they were in the car. Also, there should be handicapped parking by ALL entrances. My husband had to be dropped off and wait for me to park each time we went out.

Decent hotel, but check-in was very slow. The paper breakfast vouchers feel outdated. It was difficult to find and get to my room because the layout and wayfinding are confusing. The hotel could use some updates, and there was an unpleasant smell in some areas.
