The staff was helpful and always said hello anytime we passed by. The breakfast was the normal Holiday inn Express which why we stay.

I booked this hotel for my granddaughter and her family. I booked it because it said it had a kitchen and it didn't. It didn’t even have a coffee pot. Said it had a pool and it did but wasn’t open. That was not advertised on site. It says it had a grill on site but it doesn’t. The washer and dryer didn’t not work. The staff was rude and lazy. I will never stay there again and will never recommend anyone else stay there either. Worst experience ever. Wish I could get my money back.

Check-in staff member was very accommodating. We arrived about a hour and a half early for check-in. She said our room wasn't ready but thought she could move around some things and put us in another room if that was okay with us. I had forgotten to ask for a handicap accessible room and she found one for us. We really appreciated her help and getting us in a room on arrival.

The room was very clean, air conditioner excellent, breakfast excellent, staff excellent. I will be returning again next year for another of my band reunions snd will return to this hotel without hesitation.

Our room was filthy. There was left over food containers in the refrigerator, bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned at all, dirt and hair all over. We cleaned ourselves because we were not convinced another room would be any better if we changed. It was pretty awful. Never again.
