The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to downtown Coral Gables.

Honestly probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Fire alarm went off several times throughout the two days we stayed. Stayed here for the convenience of the location next to the event we had the next morning. Fire alarm went off around 1:30 am which kept us up for the next couple of hours from how loud it was. Then when we finally managed to get back to sleep it went off again around 6am. The very next day it went off again before 7am. Only compensation was a few measly points just enough to get ourselves a free hand lotion if we wanted it.

Super clean. Perfect for a business trip. Restaurant was surprisingly good. The staff were all very very friendly and helpful

It was a nice quiet place. The hotel lobby smelled good.

Stayed at this location a few times. Lots of open space. Easy access to the airport and nestled in a quieter part of Coral Gables.

Very clean. Grocery store and fast food within walking distance. Nice pool area

The rooms are very basic and small. The couch in the room was very hard and uncomfortable. Bathrooms are small. The property is in a convenient area.

Llegamos a las 10 de la noche y la mesa de plancha que estaba en la habitación no servía….solicite una para preparar una ropa ya que teníamos un evento y nos dijeron que no tenían disponible hasta el otro día…..que horror!!!

The hotel is in a good location in Coral Gables with easy access to all the areas. The hotel is comfortable and with good decor.

I stayed at this hotel from Thursday (early morning arrival) and had a disappointing experience with housekeeping. My room was cleaned only once during my stay, on Saturday. When I raised this issue, the staff explained that there was a system error related to a Booking.com code, which caused my reservation not to appear correctly in their system. As a result, housekeeping did not service my room as scheduled. The hotel’s policy is to clean rooms on alternate days, but even with this policy, the service I received was clearly insufficient. This was inconvenient and below expectations.

The staff, everyone on the property, is Awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍

Fill safe yes, Sunday the activated all the alarm with out know what happen

Pillow were lumps inside a case, backache bed, old towels, shades would not open, bad lighting, bathroom badly needs updating. Loud neighbors
