The staff was okay but the room had two needles and foil where the napkins go. My plan was to have my children come with me but im glad they didn't. Also had a man drunk next door being loud with a lot of people at his room. I was never comfortable

Soap felt like cement, the rooms weren’t the cleanest and my room was only, cleaned twice in all 6 days I was there. Wasn’t the worst but I don’t think I would stay there again

Room was stuffy the entire time no matter what I did with the environmental controls. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

No hand towels Heavy lint coming off the bath towels Dirty sheet with a burn hole Had to remake myself with the clean sheet Floor was dirty Ironing board, but no iron No coffee machine in the room No bath plug to beable to take a bath Heavy mold all around the tub. Paid $100 for a crappie room. Very disappointed. I will never go there again.
