    Just a reminder of why I stay at AirBNB and not at hotels with my kids and wife. Upon entering room dead roach at door. Razor blade on restroom floor. Lastly ac not blowing. Sent repair man, replaced batteries at thermostat. Temp went from 72 to 73. Reported again, front desk came with thermal temp gun blowing 63 but not hard enough. They brought me a fan blower. Lastly my 1 year old and 3 year old playing and notice their feet straight black from carpet. Next day waited on manager, get new room, was happy. From the time I went to get our things from 1st floor to 2nd. Room was given away and someone else was already in there all in 10 mins. Get another different room and maintenance is in there making repairs. Had to wait for him to finish before going in. Now let talk breakfast, beware of the kitchen lady, if you ask for anything she will let you know "I GOT TO WASH DISHES". rude no filter. Lastly the 3 young I assume cleaning girls, no filter, walking into room we still in, cursing up a storm and expressing they tired. Look, the hotel needs a remodel, training and manners. At the new I know retail and customer is difficult

    We were greeted by a broken front door, the carpets are old and damp and need to be removed. The room was ok, but not well maintained. The breakfast was horrible. There was very little selection and what they did have was the lowest quality stuff I’ve ever seen. Not to mention they ran out of coffee. Over all I expected better from this price range of hotel.

    They changed our room after complaining for leakage but the other room was worsen then before. It had portable AC which was not working and with twins toddlers it was difficult to keep them way from that AC. I am regular customer of homewood but now i need to change my hotel choice for next vacation. This is second bad experience i had with homewoods.

    Our room was at the very back of the hotel. The back door entrances were not working. Had to park in the front and walk the whole distance of the hotel to get to and from our room. The carpet felt a tad yucky. Needs cleaned. The two room suite, one room had some sort if loud ac unit mini split thing in it guessing the ac was broke. The room was very humid. King room shower was very dirty.

    Nothing was particularly memorable besides the plethora of issues we experienced. Can't say that I liked anything, unless you like insects in your bed, not being able to key into your room, and significant discomfort during your stay. During our stay we experienced: • Multiple dysfunctional rooms • Mold and odor concerns • Insects in the room and bedding area • Broken appliances and phones • Repeated key card failures • Missing room essentials • Inconsistent housekeeping support • Poor communication and lack of urgency from staff • Significant stress, discomfort, and disruption throughout the stay This experience fell far below the standards expected from a Hilton property and was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

    Our experience was so bad we checked out before staying one night. When we arrived, we found what looked like pet hair on the sofa bed. It was not simply a strand or two. It was enough to make your skin start itching thinking of it. The host, Miranda was graciously apologetic and switched us to another room. On our way to the new room we noticed that the carpet in the hallways on both floors was soiled and looked like it had not been vacuumed in days. The new room appeared to be clean so we proceeded with our planned activities. When we returned to the property later that night, our room key did not work when trying to access the property so we had a long walk to get back into our room. That is when we found that although the seconds room appeared clean, it also had not been properly prepared. Exhausted after a long day of travel and completely disgusted with this property we checked out that same day. The night shift hostess was eating when I approached her. Instead of acknowledging my presence and asking for a few minutes she proceeded to take more bites of food before finally speaking to me. Never again will I book a room at this place. Thanks to Miranda who was the only bright spot in this experience. None of this is a reflection on her.

And there was a light shining on the building but it was shining right at our bedroom window and even with blinds closed you could still ever So slightly see it. Also we were in corpus christi but not like on the beach.. didnt understand why we had to pay to park.

    The receptionist was very sweet and my room was very welcoming and clean. It felt more like a rental apartment than a hotel which helped make the relaxation portion of my trip much more enjoyable.

The floors in the room were very dirty. I was really upset at how snooty the front desk receptionist (Miranda) was, hopefully she can be more welcoming to other guests.

    I love how welcoming the room felt, the room was cooled to a comfortable temperature, everything felt very clean and taken care of, and my favorite was the ceiling fan for the white noise and circulating air. The staff was very approachable and the breakfast was fresh and neatly displayed.
