Omni Corpus Christi Hotel

This was our first time ever staying at an Omni, and we'll absolutely look for them in the future. The staff was INCREDIBLE and every single person was above and beyond lovely, helpful, and wonderful. We were slightly concerned because the property had a huge event and was sold out, but our stay was seamless aside from having to wait for the elevator. (who cares, really) I woke up one morning to a flooded bathroom, sent a quick text and staff were there fixing the sink in moments, and we even received a credit to the room - which I didn't ask for, and didn't expect. Great stay!

Top notch friendly staff, restaurants at the location are great. Location is excellent. Museums and other attractions within walking distance. Great view of the bay from our room.

I do want to give credit where it’s due—the front desk staff member who checked me in was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She made a great first impression and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my interactions with the rest of the staff were not as pleasant, as they came across as somewhat rude. Overall, the stay was okay, but the amenities and room view did not meet my expectations

Great experience definitely would come back but the pool could definitely use more cleaning i had intentions of going in but it looked greenish foamy dirty so i opted out everything else was great i wish hotel parking was free

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, this is probably the worst time we had, the pool is outdated and hard to get to, I have bad knees however I am not hadi cap but the stairs to get to the pool are horrendous, the escalator was not in service, you had to call 4-5 times to order room service, and my wife has a medical marijuana prescription, and she brought thc liquid drops with her and 2 of the bottles disappeared, she was hoping they would be here at home and she made a mistake but they were not so theft is 100% unacceptable. We love the Omni on the beach but this one visit was disappointing, the valets were amazing always made sure we got our car.

The dining options were one of the highlights of the trip. The food at the hotel restaurants was outstanding, and every meal exceeded expectations. If you plan on dining at the steakhouse, make reservations well in advance because it fills up quickly and walk-in availability can be limited. The location is also convenient for exploring Corpus Christi, making it easy to enjoy the waterfront and nearby attractions. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend it for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and dining options.
