It was nice to have an apartment with a kitchen space. The "sofa bed" was not suitable for a child over about the age of 5. They did provide a cot after some discussion, which was not very comfortable. The air conditioning in the main room didn't work, so we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open so the person on the cot didn't overheat.

The staff were polite and assisted us well. Room was nice but a little small for two people. Price was fair for the location right by the sea.

I stayed here for 1 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located right in the city center, just a 5 minute walk from the main attractions and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer our questions or book a taxi. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

My experience at this property was absolutely dreadful. The room was filthy, crawling with cockroaches—disgusting enough to find one in the bed itself. On top of that, I requested a late checkout and was told it would be fine. But when it came time to leave, they demanded 50% of the nightly rate, something no one had mentioned beforehand. I wasn’t okay with this surprise charge, and when I raised the issue, the woman at reception became incredibly hostile, arguing with me aggressively and even saying I couldn’t leave unless I paid. An utterly deplorable stay—avoid at all costs.

Excellent new hotel, rooms without mold, small but comfortable. Cleaning every day. Great location, close to the beach, many restaurants in the area. There is a free transfer from the airport. Of the minuses - no breakfast, and it is listed in the free services.

The room was filthy with cockroaches—one even in the bed. I requested a late checkout, was told it was fine, but then got charged 50% of the night’s rate with no prior warning. When I objected, the receptionist argued aggressively and said I couldn’t leave without paying. Awful experience—avoid this place.

Staff was very helpful. The tv was excellent with many stations The outside noise due to the location was too much and all street traffic till very late. Also bathroom floor slanted away from drain and flooded the bathroom.

Great quality and excellent value! The hotel offers everything you need, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Its location is perfect for a one-week stay while searching for a long-term option in the region. Surrounded by charming cafés and restaurants, and just a short 3-minute walk to the beach, an ideal spot for both convenience and comfort! Some parts of the hotel needed maintenance, such as a fresh coat of paint on the corridor walls. There is no easy way to enter with heavy luggage, but I guess that’s a common issue in Da Nang, most hotels have long stairways at the entrance!

Very friendly staff, daily cleaning service, close proximity to the sea and other locations. The room was slightly smaller than I expected. I had a less fortunate view from my window, it was chilly in late December, and some furniture should be cleaned of mold or something similar.
