Spacious rooms, simply appointed but very clean. Family Suite was great with two entries from corridor and two bathrooms. We put the teens in there! Staff were helpful and available. The location was excellent, very short walk to beach, close to restaurants and supermarket. Utilised the driver service offered at the hotel for trip to Marble Mountains. We just wanted a drop off and pick up, no tour and they were fine with this. Price was fair, comparable to Grab but we preferred having the return trip pre booked. Breakfast was great, something different every day. Might put some folks off - King suite bathroom floor to ceiling window faces outside (see pic), but there was a blind. Bathrooms in Family suite have the glass wall, typical of south east Asia. But they had blinds, too.

We had a wonderful time here! The location is perfect — super close to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and shops. The breakfast was incredible with a huge variety of delicious food. Our room was a bit small but very cozy and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool was another big plus — so nice to relax there! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect, and we have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend! Nothing

our room doesn’t have a doorbell. Early morning knocking from other rooms is disturbing our sleep.

The location of this hotel was great, close to the beach and to lots of restaurants. The breakfast was very good as well.

I like that they delivered exactly what is listed in the photos. Nothing was embellished, the photos matched the advertisement at it waswhat it was. Nothing more, nothing less. I stayed a short period of time sonthere was not much I had the opportunity to experience. However, the staff could be more friendly upon guest arrival. I noticed that no one was inviting, engaging, or welcoming when I arrived. They were'nt rude, but not really friendly either.

Very minor. There was a shortage of bath towels when we were there. Just bring your own to be sure.

Staff is amazing, all very helpful. Location is good. Dated room, fridge is small, one shower door was missing.

Food and beach close. Only two chars at pool plus 4 sit down chairs and every time I tried to go all full so bought a room next door for a day to use that pool.

The stay was in general good, they allow us to check in at 12am so it was great. Breakfast could be better, only few food options. I loved the location, the decor, the staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful, communicative, peaceful, respectful and supportive. do not have fitness center

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms, separated shower (not above the toilet), good location The mattress was quite hard. We had a little neck and back pain after sleeping there.

Absolutely everything was fantastic!! Everyone was sincerely friendly and helpful. Everything was very very clean. We were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The reception staff were very friendly and approachable. I used the freezer behind reception for keeping ice packs for my back and it was never a bother for them to get one out or put one in. The staff at this hotel are all amazing. The fridges in the rooms are only to cool beverages. The fridge doesn't get cold enough to store food: however, at reception there is a fridge that they will store things in it for you. They are very accommodating. I needed to ice my back several times a day and they kept two "hot water bottles" in the freezer for me.

We had a spacious attached family room with 2 toilets and doors, so it was very convenient for a longer stay. The pool on the rooftop is small but has nice views and offers a nice refreshing swim. The staff was very helpful.
