Location in close proximity to My Khe Beach and street food vendors and restaurants. The bath towels and hand towels were ragged and worn, thin, and dingy white . Bathroom had mildew.

The room had a concrete wall against the window, no day light.

The staff were great. Nice breakfast everyday. Thanks to Laura,Matteo, Daniel for great service also the ladies cleaning our room everyday. Not all rooms have windows. Which is okay . We don’t spend a lot of time in our room.

It was in a great location, very close to beach and walking distance of everything we wanted.

location At first, my room was on the fifth floor, and from my window, I could see the building being completed just two meters away, working from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with all the noise and everything else. When I asked, they moved me to the eighth floor. I could hear them a little bit less there. But they kept pestering me with calls about my late checkout time on the day of checkout (i'v payed full day before). The day before, I was woken up at 9 a.m. with the same call for absolutely no reason. I will never stay at this hotel again; the staff should consider changing jobs.

Good location, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and Spas around. A good option for the budget. The room had ample space. The bathroom was good. In-house laundry service by weight is an economical and convenient option. The pool is hardly used probably because the water was not clear. Hardly anyone at the bar. The spa doesn't seem to have full-time staff, it was closed and lights off but reception mentioned it is open. Bit of a noise coming from a nearby karaoke at night. Not much of a nuisance if you're used to it.

The room we booked was supposed to come with a kitchen, microwave a fridge and minibar and dining area but just had a minibar and kettle. The staff were great in cleaning the room and bringing our luggage up but the description on booking needs to be accurate it was a shame because the room we got was quite nice.
