The floor was covered in condensation from front door to the back of room. With in 35 mins called the front desk to see if she could change the room she said no. I showed her my neck injuries and she didn’t care to put me in an Accessibility room. Stains or blood on the beds. Had to sleep on the pullout bed.

I booked this for my husbands birthday so we could do a quick weekend visit to Dallas. The price was good, the facilities were clean and up to date. Really nice quiet stay. You have to pay for parking or find a spot on the street.

I like that how clean my room was and how well the hotel was maintained. The hotel was quiet.The staff was very friendly. There was on street parking for free and garage parking offered by the hotel for a fee. Would definitely stay again. The value was great. It checked all the boxes for me.
