Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Park Central Area

This entire experience was awesome! We really enjoyed it!

This is a top notch hotel. There is a guard at the gate. The vies are heavenly. Everything is safe and beautiful. The pool outside is amazing. The spa is a very relaxing place to get a massage. The food is out of this world with several restaurants available. I don’t think you can find a better hotel in Bali.

This Embassy Suites property has not been well maintained. The ceiling in the atrium has multiple leaks and our elevator was inoperable. Additionally, a new $20/day parking fee was not disclosed until I checked into the hotel. I consider this to be a dishonest business practice! I will not be returning to this property in the future!

Lo único que no me pareció fue que mi familia llegó 1 hora antes que yo al hotel y la reservación de las habitaciones estaban todas a mi nombre y no los dejaron ingresar a ellos a las habitaciones hasta que yo llegara. De resto todo súper bien !!

Superb

Luggage carts were tiny and long waits at the elevators. Parking situation not great and the toilet kept messing up.

Location, breakfast, very clean, had a small drip in bath ceiling, fixed in five minutes of asking, helpful staff

Disappointing

The room was nice and cozy, clean, and nice. Beds were comfy, staff was helpful and friendly. Nice hotel has underground parking which has the elevators can take you directly to your floor as long as you have a room key. Overall a good stay

The staff was helpful at night when I checked in, but the morning staff wasn't so nice and helpful My room had a mold and mildew smell. Given the type of work I do, I thought my mind was playing tricks on me. Nevertheless, I woke up the next morning and went to take a shower I found the mold I was smelling.

This place was way better than I expected. Super clean. Very accessible parking garage and one of the 4 elevators will for sure take you super close to your room. They have amazing amenities. 2 free alcoholic drinks and a snack bar!

Nothing

Nothing! Very run down, did not look like other Embassy properties! The breakfast was ok, definitely not great! The girl at front desk was rude! The parking lot under the hotel & the room didn't have sheets for pull out coach. My 3 & 4 yr olds brought me 2 push pin needles they found in the arm of the couch. This place was so bad we booked it for 2 nights & checked out after 1 night!

It was ok At one point, only 1 elevator worked. Parking garage was gross. Room AC did not cool the room. It was set on 60 the whole time and probably didn’t get above 76 in the room.

Superb

I like that we can text the property. It was super dirty. Found hair in the shower. Let them know twice and they didn’t clean it. Also microwave wa dirty and it had trash under the curtains and next to the sofas.

The front desk staff lady was very rude and nonchalant unhelpful. The parking was horrible and they had bugs in the hallway like water, bugs, or roaches.
