Hawthorn By Wyndham Dallas Love Field Airport

It was easy checking but the a/c was not working good in the room. It's was close to the airport for Love Field Dallas TX.

Good overall stay. Had my flight cancelled so stayed here last minute. Up early and forgot my credit card and ID in the room. Got home that night and called them. They had them at the front desk and quickly mailed them to me. Excellent job by the staff there!! Thank you!

A little upset the tv didn’t work but everything else was great, ac worked, shower was nice and they had a little kitchen area. Parking was secured by a gate so I felt pretty safe

Room and bathroom were clean. Parking was easy and quick. Check in/out was super easy. Both day and night crew were very pleasant. I want to give a huge hand to Jay at the front desk, he was super funny and respectful. He made sure my check out was a breeze. I highly recommend staying here!

Check in was a bit weird, they had two front desks side by side, one for Hawthorn, the other for Super 8. Young man was friendly, genuinely interested in the customers and efficient with the check in process. There seems to be some upgrade remodel work happening which appeared to have impacted the elevator. As a consequence, it was such an inconvenience as we had heavy bags of food in coolers that we couldn’t leave in the car and had to bring up to the room

Loved that parking was secure. The only priblem I had was in my room. It had a sliding glass door to a balcony that was not locked & no way to secure the door from the inside (to block someone sliding the door open from the outside). I prefer safety where I stay. Peran aka "John" (front desk clerk) was VERY nice & helpful with the check in process.

Sliding door didn't lock. No hot water for a shower. Breakfast was in a brown bag. Fridge was rusted inside. Bed sheets and pillow cases were clean. TV did work. I would not stay there again.

To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged for an additional day, which I am currently disputing. The room itself lacked basic necessities, including soap, which reflects poor attention to guest comfort and cleanliness. Overall, I feel the hotel was overpriced for the quality provided. Transparency, proper communication, and better customer service would have made a huge difference.
