Great hotel and location!
-
Kimpton Hotels are the best, the Dallas location is no exception.
-
Great stay, very happy !!!
-
Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level.

Exceptional

The room was clean and wonderful! LOVED the tub and huge shower! Will stay there again.

Then, on the first night after we went to bed, we turned the AC on and set it to 69˚F, only to wake up in a sweat two hours later at 3:30am and find the room at 79˚F. Apparently, there was a short in the thermostat wiring because it took me numerous attempts to turn the unit on and off for it to finally kick on and begin cooling the room. But, at that point, my wife and I were both wide awake and not able to get back to sleep. Finally, at around 11am/Noon, after having been awake for the last seven/eight hours, we were able to fall back asleep. We woke up at at around 6pm and were both starving, so we left in a hurry to make it to our dinner reservation. After dinner, we decided we didn't want to stay another night and tried checking out/requesting a refund due to our awful experience. The front desk supervisor told us that they wouldn't approve a refund request for our second night because "it was too late for them to rebook the room" and then took no responsibility. Truly atrocious.

Perfect location to explore the Deep Elum area. For two people staying the room only had one chair so when in the room one had to sit on the bed.
-
Overall, my experience was disappointing. The hotel had a noticeable odor in hallways and elevators, the staff was not welcoming, and housekeeping did not fully clean the room beyond making the bed. I would never book again.

I’m taking the time to write a review because I love boutique hotels. This boutique hotel is by far my least favorite one in Dallas for the following reasons: Very short staffed in all areas. Front desk not super friendly. Housekeeping didn’t clean room & then said twice the dnd sign was on door when it wasn’t. When calling for towels, coffee & water the staff never showed up. I called again. They brought part of the items and had to make another trip. The bathtub did not hold water. The rinse gadget for bathtub was extremely rusty and leaked all over the bathroom. The window shade only closed 3/4 of the way so there was no sleeping in. There were only 2 tiny windows in bedroom and none in living area. The couch did not smell good. No extra blankets in closet. It was very dark. There were very few plugs and very few lights. Very difficult to fix hair and makeup with 3 women.Valet left us to load our heavy suitcases into the car when we were checking out. The pool and pool area is tiny & has terrible scenery. The coffee bar in the room is in a tiny corner on a tiny table. You have to practically kneel to make your coffee. Road noise is very loud. We did love the hotel restaurant. We appreciated the water temperature in the tub that did not hold water. The beds were comfortable. But that’s it for positive comments. I highly suggest you pay the extra money for a real boutique hotel in Dallas.

Great location across the street from Deep Ellum, very clean and comfortable. Can get very noisy and loud at night
-
This was our 2nd stay at this location! Great clean rooms with boutique feel- breakfast was delicious.
-
Clean room just noisy from road below. Be prepared to wear ear plugs if staying in a room facing the rail tracks
-
Treated an over 30 day guest with reepect; who had no destruction or abusive behavior. Just utterly unacceptable.
-
Everyone was so helpful and nice at the hotel!! My favorite thing was the soaker tub! It was like being in a spa!! The location was great, I was able to walk to restaurants and if I wanted to stay in the hotel, they had an amazing food selection in-house!!
-
Very comfortable beds. Would recommend - particular shout out to the front desk staff - they were great
-
Very good
-
Love it
-
Great location — street noise can be intense late at night as bars in the area close, but overall an excellent stay.

Good spot
