Rooms were okay, area wasn’t working well for me and my kiddos. Rough part of town.

Decent hotel for the price

Room ŵas very clean. And a pretty view.

Room was spacious with good amenities and the night desk clerk was very good.The only thing which requires attention is they need to shampoo the carpet in the room because the carpet was very dirty.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good variety of breakfast.

The service was lacking. No one ever cleaned our room or changed our towels without us asking the front desk. Breakfast was hit or miss. The options were lacking and pancake machine broken the first couple days of our stay, but improved on the last day.

Staff was very courteous. Decent complimentary breakfast. The room was clean. However, the carpets could use shampooing to smell better.

Staff are no help homeless people walking the property at night/early mornings we had a few roaches but I got rid of them

Stayed one night; Medical trip to UTSW; Place/people were sketchy; Weed was being smoked in the parking lot; Lots of activity in the parking lot; Felt unsafe; Bed was terrible; Pillows were good; Lots of noise from Stemmons; Guy was hanging out outside my door; Would never stay here again under any circumstances

Good value for money. Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Rooms that face the freeway are a bit noisy so suggest requesting a non-highway side room.
