Fantastic location for a fantastic price. Staff was so friendly and kept things nice and clean. I opted not to have my bed made every day and they still made sure the toiletries were kept up with. Would stay again for sure!

Location Roaches galore, and management has been aware of it for a while now. She wasn’t surprised when I brung it to her attention. She immediately had a story and placed blame on the nearby creek… Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

Exceptional

Breakfast, bar on the roof, staff, was amazing! The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Woke up with my back hurting. We had a king bedroom and I could smell something from the drain in the bathroom filling the room as well. My room was smaller than I saw in the pictures. One of the elevators stopped working so only 1 was available for everyone to use. Housekeeping staff was irritated they cussed in front of us because my partner and I were in the elevator and they needed to go up. Unprofessional...

My experience was very disappointing. The room stayed hot all night because the air conditioning was controlled by the hotel. It would run for about 30 minutes and then shut off for nearly three hours before turning back on. As a result, it was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Guests should be able to maintain a comfortable temperature in their room, especially when paying for a hotel stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

First time at a Tru by Hilton property. The staff was amazing. I would stay here again if ever in the Dallas area again. When I arrived I found out that I had mistakenly made my reservation for the wrong night, Tish at the front desk fixed everything. As a weary traveler I can not say how welcomed that assistance was. The next morning, Jamie at the desk, was just as helpful. I am generally a Marriott person but this property and staff may have won me over to Hilton. The room was beautifully appointed, clean and inviting. It was convenient to amenities all around. Parking was extremely convenient. Thank you for a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The highlight of my experience was Tish, who provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Her positive attitude made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but Tish's outstanding service truly made my stay memorable. Thank you for going above and beyond for our family
