Average. Room wasn't as clean as it could be. Breakfast was not that great. Was good they had a free shuttle from and to airport.

Very clean hotel. Arrived early from our flight and they had 2 rooms ready. Desk staff members were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Overall, a great place to stay.

This was a very nice, clean and beautiful hotel. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were also very nice. We will stay here everytime we fly into Fort Lauderdale. Also had a nice shuttle to our cruise port for $15 per person charge, which was very affordable and convenient for us. We highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was absolutely spotless. Wonderful the workers were amazing.

The room was clean, neat, and the bed was comfortable. I also liked getting free transportation from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was good and the coffee was hot. Since we got there late in the evening and hungry we were happy the hotel sold frozen dinners you could heat up in the room's microwave oven to eat. I asked when I made the reservation for a room on the quiet side of the hotel and instead we were in a room above a very busy street with lots of vehicle noise during the night. The street directly in front of the hotel is extremely busy and difficult to walk across. There are no fast food restaurants nearby which I could see.

Staff was nice. Everything was nice and clean, although there were some stains on the bed sheets. Breakfast was meh, not the best, not the worst. Standard eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bagels and waffles. We did not have time to swim in the pool. Parking lot was a little tight but clean. I really liked that there was security and a police car parked across the street, I made me feel more secure.

Rooms were good-sized and clean. The bed was comfy. The proximity to the airport and port are great. The neighborhood is sketchy in the evening.

The staff was very nice and got our room ready and held our luggage. We were grateful for that. We also appreciated the free shuttle. It was on time and super helpful to get us to the airport. There was no shower gel in the shower and only 2 small bars of soap for 4 people. Also the toilet did not work well. It took a long time for the water to get in the tank to flush again. We didn't tell housekeeping because we were too tired and expect basic things to work.

Area has limited restaurants or shops and not recommended to be out in the evening especially with kids

The free hot breakfast was great. The waffles were delicious. Check-in staff was nice and they did a great job. Our room was clean and ready early which was greatly appreciated. The beds made me itch severely. I don't know if it's dust mites or if I'm allergic to what they launder the bedding but it was terrible. The beds also made my husband and my back hurt quite a bit. This is not what you want when on vacation.
