The gentleman who check us in was very helpful and nice. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, although we did check in at night but it had been raining all weekend. The shower in our room was decorated nicely and the room was comfortable.

We liked the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. But we did not like room 209 it has no view. It should not cost as much as the other rooms. If we had know that in advance we would have gotten another room.

We have stayed before. Everything was very nice. Checkin was a breeze. Restaurant was very good. Plenty of parking. No complaints except we had to leave.

This place was wonderful. It was so peaceful and relaxing!

Place was nice and very clean. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we booked a “superior” view room and got an awkward corner room with a balcony right next to another room’s. The room was massive, but we more-so cared about the view, which we didn’t really get much of. Very strange given the photos in the listing suggested a nicer look at the river.

Wasn’t able to give it a 5⭐️ throughout as there was a couple of issues with meals. Otherwise I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for some peace and quiet.

This place from the outside was questionable and i did not know if i did the right thing but when i went inside i knew it was the right choice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and facility is beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a great supper at the restaurant just next to the hotel. Love the view.

It would have been nice if they had some complimentary coffee in the lobby to take up to your room. you could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view from your room.

Wish they had had an extra blanket for my bed. Comfy when we went to bed but got cold in the night and didn't want to wake my roommate by turning the lights on to change the thermostat to heat. An extra blanket on the end of the bed or in the closet would have been perfect.

We have stayed here multiple times, this time the cleanliness was not the best, perhaps the cleaning department was short handed. We will try it again soon but have always had very clean room and a great stay in the past.

The property is lovely. Despite being told it was heated, the pool was not heated. (I did not find this out - until after checking the temperature with my hand, and asking the concierge/ front desk to turn up the temperature. Only then did they find out by calling maintenance that the pool heater was not working). There was no mention of when it would be fixed -if ever.

Very nice property. The lobby was absolutely stunning.We had breakfast there that was just the right amount. presentation was very very nice as was our waitress Our room floor was really not clean dust and ???
