The breakfast was good. The kitchen staff was very helpful. Everything was clean and the food was fresh. That we didn’t stay more days!

I appreciated that Yuni went above and beyond each time we stayed and actually remembered us from the previous visits. My FIL was going through treatments at Emory and she made us feel welcome. We were able to focus on resting after long days in the hospital because she took care of us. Elevator is really slow even when it doesn't seem like there are many guests using it or it is after hours.

Yuni was extremely personable and helpful. The light at the far end of the parking lot is a nice feature since it makes it feel extra safe. The location is great for Emory. Probably needed two elevators for this size building and I'm not sure you can fix that now. It seems extremely slow even while considering that other guests are using it. We would have taken the stairs several times but didn't see any clear markings showing where they were. By the time we had given up on the elevator, it would arrive so we didn't really look hard for the stairs.

Each stay experience is outstanding and customer service was exemplary. I did not like that all rooms do not have ADA TOILETS/COMMODES INSTALLED.
