They kept my reservation late. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Workers where polite and friendly. The room was dirty. It literally had trash on the floor. I got a room with a pull out. The check in person knew the sheets weren't in the room and didn't tell me. I was in the room and had to go back to the front desk and ask for them.

Overall very nice stay! Hot tub and pool in working order, breakfast food and restocked. We did change rooms at check in due to an AC leak but the staff were very accommodating and helpful in getting us a new room.

All staff were nice just wish they could have had something for kids. The only thing is that sauna was not very hot. Everything else was excellent.

Location That they charge regular standard rates and their hot tub hasn't been working for quite some time I asked before I booked the room if their pool and hot tub were working the gentleman answered yes and that wasn't the case. Very disappointed I feel I was lied to
