The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again.

We have stayed twice, and everything was great each time. We love the care taken to make the cottages welcoming. The information provided for arrival along with our stay is very clear and helpful.

I hope they get more ranch hands to help maintain the animals such as grooming. The many many flies were all over the animals. The poor alpacas kept kicking to shake them off. The best part was the brand new jacuzzi.
-
Could use a new mattress but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was in a quite good condition, some places a bit dirty. The room heater made a lot of noise so it kept us up all night and the hot water wasn't enogh for two people to take hot showers in a cold winter night.

Perfect little cottage for 2. Loved seeing the animals. Quiet location, great get-a-way.

Very clean

Yes room was in good condition. The room advertised 3 could sleep there with only a queen bed. Dogs barking and fire works between 11 pm and 1130.

I was in town visiting my son. We could not spend much time at his dorm, so I was hoping this place would provide us with somewhere to hang out at for several hours and not have to be out and about. There really was not much to keep us busy there. I thought there was a pool table, as it's listed in the pictures, but I guess they got rid of it. I thought maybe there would be someone around to help us be interactive with the animals, but there was no direction there. They were just in their pins. I found the maintenance guy out and he told me I could feed them, and was kind enough to get us some food to feed them with. Our hot tub was underfilled so we didn't use that. He offered to look at it when I told him but we were heading out anyway. They don't have any fishing equipment to use, you have to bring your own. And the room was much smaller than anticipated so we couldn't really hang out in it. My son and I did not spend more than an hour hanging out there. With all that said, it was very peaceful out there. It was clean, my bed was comfortable. It was a charming place. If you aren't looking for it to keep you entertained, it is fine. Or if you have smaller children, they would like it more. The ducks around the pond were really cute. And the fountain in the pond was very relaxing to listen to while sitting on the porch.

Nice secluded cabin. Property was clean and quiet. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay.

Unique property, more like an air bnb then hotel

The owners should have been more clear about there no breakfast the jext morning since most reviews from people said the breakfast was great. The place was overgrown, hasnt been mowed or cleaned up in awhile. Very hard to get owners to respond, and when they did by text very short. Seemed to me like all they cared about was the money coming in, but clearly wasnt using any of it on more staff or to keep the place up. Website said there was a pool table, bar and friendly staff. Which when we got there we were the only ones at almost 530 pm drove to our cabin slowly and literally looked like a scary movie waiting to happen, or like a abandoned place. The bathroom was dirty, toilet wasnt flushed from whoever before. The bed was horrible, i have a bad back, and when i said something today, i got brushed off and was told told they lowered their prices by 40 % and they will look at tv. I pretty muc want a refund, since i paid almost $200 for a room I didnt even pick. I picked a room online and when we went for check in we got a different room, which i picked my room that I wanted for a reason. Kind of ruined my short getaway for my anniversary / birthday and I would like a refund!!

Good place, quiet and clean, good communication, what they should do is change the mattresses.
-
A dump but fairly clean room
-
Communication was horrible. Plain dismissive and rude. Never again!

This place has potential. The idea is great. A little run down on the grounds. I did like having our own hot tub and patio. The ducks were fun. But the dog howling or barking all night was a bit to much.

I loved this place! All the animals, a very friendly greeter kitty. super quaint, charming but very nice inside. Highly recommend!
