Clean with great restaurants on site

The location was nice, parking lot was well lit up, felt safe. Our room was large, very clean and beds were comfortable. There were some rowdy guests (pre-teens) in the halls pretty late. Although, that was not the hotels fault, more probably lack of supervision, the noise did carry into the room. After that ended, we all got a very good nights sleep. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the Denver area.

The fitness center includes three Peloton bikes, but only one was operational. The other two could not be properly adjusted because the handles were broken. The room temperature was another major issue. Guests have limited control over the air conditioning, as the system does not allow the temperature to be lowered below 65 degrees or adjusted beyond preset settings. It took two complaints before the temperature was finally lowered to 62 degrees, but the system needed to remain on Auto mode. To make matters worse, the pillows had a strong mildew odor. Between the warm room and the unpleasant-smelling bedding, our stay was far from relaxing. For a four-star hotel, guests expect a level of comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail that matches the rating. While the lobby looks updated, the overall experience fell short, and we were honestly looking forward to returning home.

I came prepared to be wowed! And I was starting with the front desk. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. But she did everything spot on. Thank you very much! Unfortunately I was traveling with a young friend of mine who happens to have lots of tattoos. Including on his face. And he was not treated with respect. Simply because of his outer appearance. I don't mind saying that I was very disappointed!

The hotel was quite clean, and the front desk staff who assisted me during check-in was exceptionally friendly. I do wish they offered a complimentary breakfast for all guests or, at the very least, provided a microwave in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay, and I particularly appreciated the security features in the elevators.

Rooms were clean, staff were very helpful. The room I had booked didn’t have a microwave, I’m not sure if all the rooms were like that but having a microwave would’ve been nice.

The location was great! Close to the mall and restaurants for shopping. The coffee machine in the rooms were outdated and the coffee was not good. Had to go to the lobby and buy coffee. The coffee shop was delicious though.

Hotel was okay, location is great. Pricing was pretty good. Couple issues was we booked 1 king bed but after we checked in and got to your room, we ended up with a room with 2 queen beds. One of the outlets was broken in between the beds. A couple lamps lights were flickering, could tell they needed new light bulbs. The amenities it offered were excellent. Breakfast is not free like most hotels I been to.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean! Only thing my mom and I didn’t care for was the restaurant. Both times we went for brunch we did not stay. We’re breakfast people so when we found out breakfast ended at 11, we were bummed. The next day we went by for lunch and they told us they couldn’t take our order until 11:45 because the kitchen was backed up due to it being really busy for breakfast.. Mind you, we got there right at 11 again.. We never stayed to try the food.

We always stay here when coming to Denver. Don't have the hassle if traffic. The hotel is very clean, beds are great, shower is wonderful, staff is always helpful. Restaurant on site is really good. Also have a little canteen shop although I wish it stayed open longer.
