When we checked in and went to the room, we found the room to be unsatisfactory for what I think Embassy Suites would expect. The floor had stains on it, there was a hole in the carpet, the toilet had not been flushed. Really quite disappointed. The upset side was the staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast was quite good. Probably would not choose to stay at this particular Embassy Suites though

The separate living room with its own TV is ideal for traveling with our grandson. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing! They overbooked there rooms with double beds. So they upgrade us to a mini suit.

breakfast and two free drinks at happy hour. Also bed very comfortable. We did not get on the first shuttle was full, had to wait an additional 1/2 hour.

Great stay. Went to the hotel at midnight after a flight and there was a staff person to greet our party of 4. He was friendly and helpful. Got us checked in right away. We were tired and he was fast in checking us in. The beds were great and the breakfast the next morning was perfect.

Breakfast was very good and loved that it was a full breakfast, however both morning they ran out of potatoes and bacon and had to wait, other than that it was great. The room was wonderful, clean, spacious and very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and very responsive.
