Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Denver Airport at Gateway Park

Unhelpful and rude staff. Terrible airport shuttle service - it is not automatic so make sure to reserve ahead, but you will still wait. 20 minutes from the airport with no traffic.

Staff were polite. Everything was clean. Breakfast was tidy and well prepared. Only negative was paying to park in outdoor lot; I could understand if it was a garage.

I shouldn't have to pay $15 per night for parking if I'm paying to stay at the hotel. That's hot garbage.

Location is nice but I find manager very racism attitude as I was wearing hijab and she was giving me looks as it’s communist a dats and have gone personally to all but ignored our family They put tickets on my car window and it sat in my booking that it’s included she have waived later but with argument with us

It was clean, the staff was nice. We were there for 3 nights though and the room was not serviced.

Everything was great food and service In our room not sure if there's a fan in the bathroom but ours didn't work if we had one in there.

It was a nice clean hotel, with central access to quite a few restaurants and easy access to the interstate making every thing an easy drive. You have to pay to park, you have to pay for everything! I’ve stayed in a lot and I mean ALOT of hotels very nice ones at that such as the LOWES in Kansas City, and never in my life have I had to pay to park somewhere I’m paying to stay! The Lowe’s will at least validate your ticket then it becomes free if your staying with them, no Colorado leaves tickets every night on your Windshield because someone else must own their parking lot and you have to pay to park at a place your already paying to stay at! That added an additional $100 on our 4 night stay to pay to park. If knowing that ahead of time I would have never choose to stay here, and now knowing it I would not stay here again!!

Cleaning staff and cafeteria personal are great. The pool looks horrible and uninviting. Partially booked this location for the amenities and we were not able to use it. Hotel shuttle to and from is clutch!

Everything was great. The day staff was friendly and amazing. The evening front desk staff was not at all friendly. The sales manager was so kind and amazing it gave the whole place a warm feeling. Everything was clean and location was great!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

it was clean i booked a king room i got a double queen because the king room were over booked i also book a room with a “city view” when i asked about it because a giant hotel was blocking the view i was told that doesn’t exist here like im dumb.

Check in was easy. Liked they gave me 2 bottles of water. Clean rooms. Breakfast was ok.
