The hotel had no onsite staff after hours - like at all. So when there was a fire at the house next door and the next morning when we got locked out and locked our dog in the room we had absolutely no way of contacting ANYONE!! No answering service, no one answered their on site security line, no one answered at their corporate offices. This is extremely negligent and dangerous. Not to mention poor service if you had any needs like more towels, plumbing or air co issues, noisy neighbors etc. There were plenty of other issues like you can barely move around the room, can’t see the tv from bed, no safe in the room (made all the worse by having no front desk staff and the door to the hotel was unlocked), no full length mirror, no water or ice machines anywhere (terrible for the high altitude), no stairwell (problematic when there’s a fire and we all had to evacuate), the gym partnership they advertised had ended but didn’t know that until we got there. I would never stay here again after we couldn’t contact ANYONE at 7am in the morning to unlock our door. Absolutely unacceptable!

I really enjoyed the design, walkable neighborhood, and friendly staff! Nothing!

The stay was so comfortable for all four of us, which is unusual when all four of us stay in one room. The beds were extremely comfortable. Each teenager had their own bed. Loved the aesthetic of the place too.

Loved the room. Staff pleasant and friendly. Horrible TV set up. They offer almost no channels. The guide jumped all over place on it's own without even touching the remote. Not watchable. Horrible meal choices. We ate elsewhere for every meal.

The room was decorated nicely and bed was comfy. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and very walkable. I think the best restaurant might be in the hotel itself. They had great bartenders (fabulous espresso martinis and the smoked old fashioneds looked incredible too) and the food looked delicious. Looked like an upscale dining option. We were getting picked up by friends so asked for a late checkout since we had nowhere to put our bags. They easily accommodated us. Great option in the Highlands.

Loved it

This hotel is nice, clean, and in a fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby. The hotel is small (probably about 15 rooms) and does not have a front desk or many amenities you would find at most hotels. However, it is above a fantastic restaurant and has very spacious rooms.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. We had a wonderful night.
-
Convenient to our Daughters place, easy access & check in/out, Mercedes from the Hotel was great as she allowed us to move our 3rd floor room due to big skylight & too much light early AM. Rooms are well appointed & beds are very comfortable After we moved to the 2nd Floor the room was great & very spacious but it is right above the restaurant. Definitely some noise at night and with the 3rd floor above us now you can hear foot steps all night.

Definitely enjoyed my stay. Everything was amazing. Beds were comfortable. The handwritten note was a nice added touch.

Exceeded every expectation, beautiful niche hotel, luxury bunk beds for the kids, beautiful amenities, nespresso machine, daily housekeeping without begging, and in the middle of a hip neighborhood. Incredible value for the price.
-
Tastefully decorated, lovely space, and cozy. Extra fees and discrepancies between booking.com and the property.
