I didn’t like the toilets were low sitting it was like sitting on the ground they were so low. Bathroom could of been clean better their was someone else’s hair in the drain.

The staff were professional. The rooms were clean. The amenities were limited. We had a room facing the road and all night you could hear the loud noise of traffic even on the 6th floor. Would have expected better soundproofing and it was very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Don’t plan to stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We only stay for one night while traveling and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this place.

Not the best people hanging around (but that's most of Denver) the area but they do a good job keeping the hotel secure and make you feel safe.

Hotel is very nice and located off a major highway with a Walmart and large shopping center across the hwy. There is a hotel literally next door that appears to house transients and there is a salvation army shelter very close by. To be crystal clear I am a 25 + year law enforcement officer so I am NOT saying steer clear of this hotel. People deserve second/3rd/10th chances to get their lives back on track, consequently you may encounter these persons during your stay here. So now to wrap up: If you are of such a bougie lifestyle that seeing vagrants will disgust you then don't stay here. So with that being said atleast you are now armed with information you didn't have before reading this notation.

Staff was amazing, it was my husbands birthday and we also celebrated Fathers Day. I ordered stuff from Amazon and had it shipped to the hotel before we arriving and Angie set the whole room up and it was amazing!

Front desk service was phenomenal. They were attentive and very helpful with any situation handed to them. The housekeeping does a great job of keeping this place CLEAN! The to go breakfast wasn’t the best. Our burrito was ice cold in the middle and unappetizing.

There is only one "area of opportunity" that I can distinctly remember. When we first arrived, the front desk staff informed us that our room was ready however we were still early (2PM). If we wanted to check in, we had to pay $25. We did not feel like paying the additional charge at the time. We opted to find something to eat until we were told to return to the hotel at 3:15 or 3:30pm. I completely understand the early check in charge if the hotel was at capacity the night before however our room was already ready. The delivery of the message could've been done differently but not a big enough deal to leave a bad review. I would still recommend the hotel and stay for any future trips to the Denver area.

We were very happy with our stay, kids loved swimming and the snack bar. The small game room was nice, but since we had other plans for our stay we didn’t use the game room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I got there at 1PM they said there was a room available but they charged me $25 extra because the check in is at 4PM. If there was a room ready why they need to charge me extra for it?! There was no extra work neither inconvenience. And let’s be honest, who does a check in at 4PM?! Why am I paying for less than 24h staying in a hotel room? Plus, the parking lot cost $21. Rather than the extra costs, the room was comfortable and clean.
