Sonesta Denver Downtown

Great location by the 16th Street pavilion and the free bus. Was able to take the train from the airport to Union Station and take the free bus to a block from the hotel. Nice bar and great staff.

The hotel was in a great location for my plans in downtown Denver. The room was well equipped. I enjoyed my stay there.

Very clean room and overall great hotel!!

I booked this hotel for the roof top pool. I did not find out until after the booking that the pool was closed until July for maintenance (it was June). Other than that, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and we received free breakfast vouchers for the duration of our stay for the pool inconvenience.

Stayed here for a conference and it was convenient for that. Dining options are limited unless you want to walk or catch public transport. Snack bar in the lobby seemed well stocked but I didn’t use this during my stay. Staff are friendly and both checking in and out were quick and easy. This was particularly welcome after arriving from a lengthy flight. My flight home was late afternoon, but the latest checkout time offered without an additional charge was 12pm which resulted in waiting for a couple hours in the lobby for my shuttle. Thankfully there is comfy seating there along with TVs.

We truly had an awful experience. Air was broken, no pool and no area to smoke. We valet parked for 55 dollars (your website gives no indication of this). Because there’s no where to smoke my mom wanted to go get her car in the morning at around 530 and valet was unavailable. Security had to help her but she was made to walk a long distance. She is handicapped with poor knees and extreme neuropathy. We have made it to our vacation destination now but she’s in poor shape because of that and it’s hindering our entire vacation so far. We attempted to speak with the front desk to request the valet charge to be waived but they were very unhelpful.

Friendly, clean, and safe

The hotel was great clean the only thing I did not expect and they did not tell us at front was the charge of the parking $55 and also the $250 deposit. They told us about the deposit when we were checking in but the parking they did not tell us I had to ask how much was parking.

The room was very clean and the location was perfect for our trip.

Found the rooms to be very clean and the staff to be very helpful. The location in great. Its right next to downtowns walking mall area and has tons of things to do with in walking distance

I was there for 3 nights and it’s 8-10 minute uber to most tourist destinations. Good bar, room had good space.

The hotel was very nice and all of the employees were helpful.

Never have I had to pay for plain coffee in the morning at a hotel. Won’t go back
