Property is clean but dated. Spa service was good but amenities could be better. Staff was great, room was spacious and comfortable. Just needs an overall refresh.

The Denver Ritz Carlton was a disappointment. The front desk staff were not helpful or friendly. The WiFi went out during the stay resulting in no Internet or TV without warning or explanation. There was no offer for a shoe shine or other special services such as ironing. We made our own dinner reservations via Open Table as the Concierge said it would be difficult to obtain a same day dinner confirmation. Deliveries are left on a table with no staff to bring it to your room. There just was no extra effort that is typically expected of a Ritz property.

Really great staff .

ALWAYS was great for lunch/brunch and breakfast.....delicious food and not crowded at all. I chose the hotel because it was walking distance from the event that I was attending. Only the carpet in the room seemed like it needs replacing, other than that the room was excellent.
-
Did not get to test the Spa services this time.

Had a wonderful stay, staff was friendly and personable, they seemed to enjoy their jobs rather than being there just for work. Spa was great bed was comfy overall everything you would want from a luxury hotel but without the snob!

Amazing!!!
-
I think it was a good stay

Staff was courteous however, the restaurant and bar closed early. The pillows were to small and the mattress to firm. Other Ritz properties have different bedding.

We broke up our family vacation on the way to the mountains in order to stay at our favorite Ritz Carlton! Just a dab of luxury in the midst of down-home family time puts a skip in our step and eases tensions and stress.
-
The hotel is generally outdated, pillows and linens are in dire need of an upgrade. Spa and hotel staff were good, but restaurant and bar staff were rude and unaccommodating.

Everything! Nothing
